No, massages do not require an exam before the visit. Since the ELEVATE membership doesn't include chiropractic credits, an exam isn't needed to use all the benefits of this membership.

There are no long-term commitments. You’re in complete control month-to-month and have the flexibility to change, freeze or cancel your membership after a minimum of two months.

You can freeze memberships for up to 2 months.

Membership credits are added to your account on the same day of the month as the day membership was purchased.
For example, if you purchased your membership on the 7th, you will be billed on the 7th of every month and receive your credits on that day too.

There are no initiation fees. It’s FREE to sign up!
There are no long-term commitments. You’re in complete control with month-to-month and with the flexibility to change, freeze (up to 2 months) or cancel your membership at any time.
There is a 2-month minimum required for all wellness plan memberships.
All members will need to complete a Patient Exam prior to initiating any wellness plan membership; this is to evaluate the patient’s physical condition and to determine an accurate individualized treatment plan. There is a separate charge for a physical examination.
To cancel membership, please notify us 48 hours before your billing date by email or text the office. You will shortly receive confirmation of cancellation, once the task is completed.
Wellness plans include credits to book specific services — just pick the date and time.

Chiropractic credits expire 31 days after accrual.
Massage credits expire 62 days after accrual.
